The greatest interest of value to me has been reading the materials related to strategic leadership. The strategic leaders have the ability to understand and articulate the vision that will help in identifying the major areas for helping the people within the organization. The effective strategic leadership is considered to have a link between the formulation and execution that is important for implementing the overall plan. It can be said that strategic leadership helps in creating unique relation between the management and the employees who can enhance the overall performance of the employees (Zia-ud-Din, Shabbir, Asif, Bilal & Raza, 2017).
